Some Days

Some days I want to shut everyone and everything out
I want to curl up in a ball and make the whole world disappear

There are days I want to scream and throw things
Where I want to break things and hear them smash

Sometimes I want to crawl in a hole and not come out
And I want to burrow deep inside of myself

Some days all I want to do is reach out
To talk to someone who understands

There are days where I only want silence
But I want silence with someone there

Sometimes I need to be alone
And sometimes I don't
